Since 03/03/2022 - 07:30, there is a technical error with the login and also with the connection to the game. Our technical department has been informed since then and is working on the problem. Please excuse any inconvenience this may cause.

Today, through February 18th at 15:00 CET, a Ubisoft Services Maintenance will be in effect.

While our services will remain online, there can be rare occurrences where a player is disconnected from the game and have an issue logging back in for a short period of time.

Dear Settlers,

Update: While the website maintenance is complete, the shop will remain deactivated until we resolve an issue.

On Tuesday 15th of February, an IT infrastructure task will be conducted on the Website & Shop.

While this work should have no impact on the game itself, the shop and website may be inaccessible for brief windows during the below timeframe:

This update technically implements the Valentine Event, which starts on February 14th!

• New Event: This update includes the technical implementation of this year's Valentine Event, which starts on 14.02.
• Mailbox Loading: Improved the performance for players who have a large number of mails in their mailbox
• Zone Refresh: Upgrading buildings no longer always causes a zone refresh
• Online Status: Indicators of when a friend/guild member is online now display
• All additional changes can be found in the changelog.
